1. The Services
KioskoGo provides ordering technology that connects customers with independent businesses (“Merchants”). Merchants are solely responsible for their products, menus, pricing, availability, preparation, food safety, fulfillment, refunds, and customer service. KioskoGo is not the seller of the items you order.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the Services.
3. Orders, prices, and payment
- When you place an order, you enter into a contract with the Merchant, not with KioskoGo.
- Prices, taxes, and fees are set by the Merchant and shown before you confirm.
- Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. [Stripe], [Razorpay]); by paying, you authorize the applicable charge.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Merchant’s policy and applicable law. Contact the Merchant for order issues.
4. Reservations

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: breaking the law; infringing others’ rights; interfering with or disrupting the Services; attempting unauthorized access; scraping or reverse-engineering; or uploading harmful code.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, and the KioskoGo name and logo, are owned by KioskoGo or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
7. Your content
You retain rights to content you submit (such as order notes or reviews). You grant KioskoGo and the relevant Merchant a license to use that content to operate and provide the Services. You are responsible for content you submit.
8. Third-party services
The Services rely on and may link to third-party services (payment, maps, hosting, notifications). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Merchants.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KioskoGo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to [the greater of the amount you paid to KioskoGo in the 3 months before the claim, or [USD 100]].
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KioskoGo harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
